- Apple offers convenient access to hundreds of Apple and third-party development
- products through APDA (Apple Programmers and Developers Association) and
- Developer Tools Express. Any development customer including in-house,
- commercial and enthusiasts, can purchase these products.

- APDA --
- APDA serves as the most comprehensive source for customers with extensive
- development needs. This fee-based program provides members with access to the
- widest variety of development products including important pre-release (beta)
- versions of product and hard-to-find development tools. Members also receive a
- quarterly journal, APDAlog, which includes product descriptions and highlights
- on key new development platforms.

- Developer Tools Express --
- Developer Tools Express is a distribution service providing individuals and
- organizations new to Apple development with a convenient source to purchase
- final versions (fully-tested and documented) of key Apple development tools,
- technical references, and third-party products. No annual fee or subscription
- is required to order. Customers can receive a Developer Tools Express Price
- List upon request.

- The Symantec Programming Languages Association (SPLAsh) is an independent user
- group dedicated to supporting users of Symantec’s THINK language products,
- THINK C and THINK Pascal. Membership is open to any development customer and
- includes a subscription to THINKin’ CaP, a quarterly newsletter containing
- source code, tips and techniques, new classes and insights on the THINK Class
- library, commentary and human interface dialogue, and disks containing source
- code, utility programs, and patches. SPLAsh members will also be notified
- about special events and mini-conferences and will receive electronic support
- on America Online.

- MacIS is a non-profit organization of Information Systems professionals with a
- commitment to Macintosh. The purpose of MacIS is to provide a forum for
- communication and to provide Apple with feedback on products, marketing,
- service, and support. This is accomplished through semi-annual conferences, a
- newsletter, and an AppleLink bulletin board. Membership is limited to IS
- executives in organizations that have at least 100 Macintosh computers

- SEF is a professional association for those who conceive, write, finance and
